Year 12 Hospitality Dinner highlights

In what is an annual event, recently our Year 12 Hospitality students showcased their skills at a special dinner for their parents and staff. It was an enjoyable evening and provided the opportunity for students to use their skills to present an industry standard dinner. Under the guidance of acclaimed chef Jeff Turnbull from five star restaurant High Street Bistro, the students created the menus, prepared and served the dinner and decorated the tables.
