Year 11 Visual Arts Camp Exhibition
Thursday 4 June, 2015
In May, Year 11 Visual Arts students attended an intensive three-day art camp which provided the opportunity for students to develop and explore their ideas and creative skills. Works produced from the camp culminated in the annual Year 11 Visual Arts Camp Exhibition which was officially opened on Wednesday 3 June and attended by members of the Pymble community.
The exhibition showcases the 64 Visual Arts students’ work in the media areas of assemblage and sculpture, painting, drawing, printmaking and photography.
Pymble students are encouraged to learn anywhere and at any time, to embrace challenges to realise their potential. The enhanced learning and experience gained by students during the Year 11 Visual Arts Camp is a fine example of the positive aspects achieved from such an innovative learning environment.
