Visiting Chef Program with Janelle Bloom

On Friday 20 March television chef, author and food writer, Janelle Bloom worked with Hospitality students in Years 11 and 12 for the first Visiting Chef Program for 2015. Working with such a brilliant chef provided invaluable experience for students. Parents and staff also enjoyed six delicious courses prepared by Janelle at the Visiting Chef Program dinner.
