Textiles on Parade

In an evening marking the conclusion of Pymble Fashion Week, the annual Textiles on Parade evening featured the exhibition of Year 12 Major Textiles Projects. The event was opened by Lucie Trinco, a Whitehouse School of Design graduate, former Head of Design at Oroton and founder of the Il Tutto range of designer nappy bags.

More than 200 students paraded their innovative designs to near full houses over the evenings of Thursday 24 and Friday 25 July. The event was not possible without the tireless efforts and enthusiasm of staff in Technology and Applied Studies and Year 11 Hospitality students who prepared and served a range of delicious canapes for Year 12 parents and staff.
