Pymble’s Paper Pyramid
Wednesday 21 August, 2013
As a part of Pymble’s continual commitment to sustainability, yesterday afternoon saw the College’s Sustainability Captains gather together with a number of students to construct an impressive paper pyramid in the College’s Senior centre.
Constructed from 363 boxes, the pyramid represented the total reduction in paper use by the College when comparing 2012 to 2011.
That’s a reduction of over 907,000 sheets of A4 paper in just one year!
With a strong focus on reducing our carbon footprint and better resource management, we look forward to seeing how large a reduction the College can again produce by the end of 2013.
