Pymble dancers rock!
Wednesday 1 June, 2016
Pymble dancers rocked their way to first place for the coveted Jazz, Contemporary and Best choreography awards at The Eisteddfod season launch at Dancelife Unite Australia.
The four dance groups who competed against 19 schools, including specialised dance schools in each of their dance categories, performed brilliantly.
We are excited to announce our results:
Jazz
- Jazz White – 1st Place (98.5/100)
- Jazz Scarlet – no place (91)
Contemporary
- Contemporary White – 1st Place (98/100)
- Contemporary Scarlet – Highly Commended (93.5/100)
Pymble’s Jazz White team and choreographer Mitchell Dellevergini won Best Choreography Award for their ‘Chandelier’ routine at the Dancelife Unite Australia Eisteddfod on the weekend.
The team competed against top dance studios in Sydney and interstate to win $3000 worth of prizes, including free entry for our troupe for DanceLife Nationals.
What a spectacular start to the season!
