Pymble’s inaugral Parent Daughter Book Club– Wonder by R.J. Palacio

Stories have the power to plant ideas, thoughts and feelings in the listener, and when read and discussed with others, stories have the power to bring people together.

From Monday 28 July until the end of Term 3, the College’s Conde Library are running the inaugural online parent daughter book club. We encourage everyone in the Pymble community to read this year’s selection: Wonder by R.J. Palacio. The Conde Library holds approximately 30 copies of the book which students are invited to borrow. Alternatively, readers may wish to purchase copies of the book at your local bookstore. Limited copies can also be purchased from the Conde Library for $12.00.

Wonder is suitable for ages 10+. There will be weekly prizes for participation in the Reading Wonder Challenge blog. To participate in the blog, students aged 13 or over may self-register, whilst students under 13 may register through their parents.
