Subject to the provisions of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1996, under which certain medications can only be administered by nursing staff, I/WE give permission for the nursing, teaching, administration and boarding house staff at Pymble Ladies' College to administer the following medications to my/our daughter.
