Co-Curricular Activity Schedule
It is essential that we have all details of your child’s co-curricular activities so we know where your child is at all times. Your authorisation is required under the Education and Care Services National Regulations (NSW) to enable OSHC staff to sign your child out of OSHC if your child is being collected from the activity venue. Enter only the activities that relate to your child's day of attendance at OSHC. Please indicate in the activity box if your booking for this day relates to a Senior Sister pick up only.
