Clontarf Reserve – Sandy Bay Road, Clontarf

As part of the program of celebration and farewell for Year 12, we will be taking the Year Group to Clontarf Reserve for a picnic and games day as a final opportunity for the girls to share some time together as a cohort. The girls will be accompanied by their Connect Teachers, the Head and Deputy Head of Senior School and the College Principal.
Please note that the cost of this program will be fully funded by the College.
More Information on the Year 12 BBQ
The girls are to be at school by 8.15am for Assembly. Buses will leave for Clontarf at 9.15am. So that all girls are in attendance at Assembly, we ask that students do not request permission to drive directly to Clontarf, and attend the excursion on the transport provided. Buses will return to the College by 2.45pm in the afternoon. Should you wish to collect your daughter direct from Clontarf at 2.00pm, please notify the Senior School office by email (seniorschool@pymblelc.nsw.edu.au) by Monday 23 September.
In the event of an emergency please contact Mrs Chenery or Mrs Williams in the Senior School Office on (02) 9497 7871, who will be able to convey a message to attending staff.
The online Pymble Consent Form must be completed no later than Wednesday 18 September.
A BBQ lunch and drink will be provided and the girls are encouraged to bring their own morning tea and party food to share so as to make this a festive day.
